Visionary

Jessica Rosales is the Founder and Chief Cheetah of Green Cheetah Catering, an eco-luxury catering company serving South Florida with chef driven cuisine, beautifully styled events, and sustainability forward hospitality.

With more than a decade of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, Jessica has built and scaled successful food service operations ranging from boutique celebrations to large scale corporate and community events. Prior to launching Green Cheetah Catering, she founded Red Chair Catering, where she spent over 12 years creating memorable experiences for thousands of clients throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Jessica's career includes developing and managing catering and food service programs for nationally recognized brands including Jersey Mike's Subs and Sweet Tomatoes, giving her a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision, operational expertise, and guest-focused hospitality.

A graduate of the Jim Moran Institute of Entrepreneurship,  Leadership Fort Lauderdale XXIX , Leadership Hollywood XXXIX, and Leadership West Broward, Jessica has dedicated her career not only to business growth but also to community impact. 

She has served on numerous chamber boards, nonprofit, and community initiatives supporting local businesses, families, and charitable organizations throughout South Florida.
